Today we did a science challenge! Aquaman needed a new waterproof suit! We tested out materials and found out what was waterproof and what was not waterproof. We tested:
-tin foil
-paper
-cotton balls
-fabric
-felt
-plastic bag

We had to apply 4 drops of water to each material and then observe whether the water absorbed, drip through or sat on top.
Ask your child what would be a good material for Aquaman to use!

Today we learned more about vowels. We learned there are babysitter vowels that tell a previous vowel to say its name! For example, boat, coat, cockroach, approach, goal, coal.

We learned a new math game that you can play at home. All you need is 8 little things. Ask your child how to play!
